Masquerade
As you are testing the access controls you configure on the site, it’s helpful to be able to see what a User of a certain Role will actually see when viewing the site. You can use the Masquerade feature to do this without having to log into the site as different users.
- Open the User list, and find a User with the Role you’d like to test. You can filter by Role if you have a large User list
- Click the Masquerade button next to the User with the Role you’d like to test
- The page will immediately re-load in the context of this Role, and as you navigate the site you will remain in this Role until you logout and then login with a different Role.
